Warhammer (40k or not): Total War and Assassin's Creed + The old stealth based Splinter Cell games where you practically fail if you get seen.

Mirror's Edge: Beyond Good & Evil

Metroid + Castlevania for...wait for it...Metroidvania. Yes, I went there.

Runescape + Maplestory: Quadruple the grindfest.

Diablo and Battlefield (Namely BF2142) (This sort of existed for a brief time in a game called Hellgate:London. Unfortunately, the developers failed to create a game on a big enough scale and it crumbled under its inability to meet expectations).

I'd really like if the Diablo Franchise had made it into an MMO, but unlike WoW where the game would play like Forge or another First (or Third)-Person shooter. I hate Tab-Target, button mash.

Dark Souls + Metal Gear Solid.
Imagine two hours of cutscenes and magical codec conversations before getting into action. Then dying in two minutes, returning to bonfire and going through this all over again.

Portal + Mortal Kombat = Portal Kombat!

Bioshock (namely Bioshoch Infinite) + The Elder Scrolls

Or on other words, open-world Bioshock Infinite.

Assassin's Creed + Mark of the ninja

Star Wars + GTA (I wanna be a sith! XD)
Tenchu + Way of Samurai (being a samurai or ninja, and try to get some money doing jobs)
Fifa 2013 + The getaway (footballer simulator, where you control every aspect on your player's life)
Sanboxes, sandboxes everywhere!! :)

Minecraft + Skyrim... also, Star Trek Wars: X-Wing vs Borg Cube :D
