Where are all these Dirt 3 copies coming from?

I'm generally quite curious because the amount of copies of Dirt 3 are rising quite rapidly over the past few days.

AMD has these quizzes for certain countries. They are meant for that specific country, but AMD was lazy about actually verifying anything, so just about anyone can get them.
