They're giving extra copy to those who bought the game through Steam. If you don't get one, the reason is probably because you got them from trading and maybe you'll have to ask the one who bought the game for you. I hope that answers what you actually wanted to know. Correct me if I'm wrong :D

I bought a four pack as a pre-purchase and yesterday I received 4 copies for free. Dropped 3 of them in the SG chat room and another one I sent to a friend. :p

Same here, I saw it at 90% Off, so figured what the hell. Get a 4 pack for under $5 usd. Keep 1 and give away a couple. Then I see 7 copies in my inventory after activation!! I thought it was a bug, but now I know :D
