The last SG tools giveaway i saw had a 1000 or more wishlisted games required. This one has 100 or less. And I'm just over here with 545 trying to fit in somewhere.

Anyway, here's a bump, lol. Congrats who ever wins it, it looks like a really fun game.

Well, 100 games is still a huge wishlist. I have only 5 games in my wishlist and I think that more than 20 would be too many.

Well, it depends on usages. If you regularly use Steam exploration feature, it helps you to filter game you might be interested in and to pre-filter out all other games on SG.

Why would that be too many???

Because a wishlist is supposed to have the games you really want, not whatever you have checked out in the steam store. :P

So I can't long for more than a dozen games???
The games on my wishlist are the games that I really want. Come on, it's hard to choose from the thousands of games...

There are many games that I may want, but I still don't wishlist them till I'm sure I really want to play them. :P To be honest though, if I had like only 10 games in my account, I would have a bigger wishlist than now, but still smaller than 50. :P

The wishlist is a handy system to save games, to my mind!

Considering how many thousands of games there are on Steam, with new ones always being added, and the fact that wishlists are a tool used on Steam to bookmark games you think look interesting (doesn't have to be your absolute Top 100), and on SteamGifts to more easily find giveaways for games you like, and on barter.vg to get trade offers you're more likely to accept, it's very easy for a person with wide interests and, say, fewer than 1500 games in their library to have a wishlist of 500 or more. I'm at about 415 at the moment.

Why it's stupid? I have 380 games on my wishlist and i plan to buy 95% of them. I use Steam wishlist and ITAD (which uses Steam wishlist too) to see if there's any deal going on.

You don't have to wishlist "everything" to have a big wishlist. I use it to filter games I am interested in and would buy if I was comfortable with my wallet. Also I use the wishlist ranking feature to keep my most wanted games on top.

P.S.
Over 1K items in mine.

I already own the game but I want to chime in about the subject. I wishlist lots of games that i intend to purchase eventually (looking at my library account, you can see I am not lying).

When a sale occurs the first thing I do is go through it and decide which ones should be selected.

And I only visit steamgifts on the wishlist only page.

Mood music 3

Game has a lot of ups and downs, map is really annoying and some bosses are "fakely" hard, while others are extremely easy (specially if you lvl up your character, even if it's obvious, I mean... I thought I was leveling to be paired with them, not for killing them)

I enjoyed it, but it's not a great game.

Also keeping up with the side quests is a bit hard sometimes since you can't see them listed anywhere in the game (at least I never saw a way to see them, all I ever saw was the main quest objective). Hopefully they will improve that in the Surge :)

From what I understand, you must have this game wishlisted before 1 Feb 2017 :/ then you can worry about your wishlist size in the rules.
Thanks for the opportunity though.

A rule is a rule. I failed with the wishlist but I could at least give a bump!
