I have Steam Guard enabled, and logged in through a new device. Am I able to send gifts before the 7 days is up?

Not unless you're still able to login on the device you previously authorized.

Ok, the problem is Steam logged me out, and I signed back in on the same device but it still said new device detected. I have about 20 "Different Devices" according to Steam, when I have only signed into 2 :P
