Free games on iphone/ipad (mirror's edge, dead space, sims medieval,...)

Lots of free games currently on ipad/iphone, at least some because of the 5th anniversary of the itunes store.

EA games, including mirror's edge, dead space, sims medieval
5 apps and 5 games for the 5th anniversary

and maybe more

And while I'm at it : order and chaos free from ign prime (no need to be a member)

I saw this this morning and got a little crabby coz I bought Badland like a week ago... oh well. Thanks for the heads up on the EA games though :) I check appshopper like every day but didn't know about that sale til now ^_^

You can still "buy" them for free, in fact you don't even need an iphone/ipad to "buy" them, just an itunes account.

I "lock in the license" from my phone. Start the download process, then cancel and delete. Can re-install any time thereafter.

I haven't tried it yet, I don't know if the game is mostly the same as the pc version or completely different, same for dead space and sims medieval.

And we are both avatar thieves, stolen from toki tori :)

Maybe it gives you region specific codes, but the ign promotion is definitely not US only, it worked for me from france.

Thanks for sharing! I have a huge backlog of iPad games already (600+), unfortunately, due to an obsession with getting free games from AppShopper that had at least a 3.5 rating. I'm working on weeding through the ones that are basically copies of previously successful games so that I'd probably only have half that number to play through.
I don't have that weird obsession anymore, haha. Running out of space since I started keeping music on here as well.

Well, that beats my Apple backlog. Although, I don't actually have any Apple devices, so I'm more of a digital hoarder at the moment. But, should I ever get an Apple device, I'll have plenty of games & apps ready to go!
