What does this prove? The entire article is trying to prove that IFK hasn't paid other developers as well. IFK already admitted they still owed money to other developers when they dropped the news about Biart7.
Go look at Depth Hunter's Desura page where Biart7 claims:
That's fine and dandy other than the fact that IFK Be In The Game started May 25 and ran until July 31 while Groupees BAB2 started July 17.
To assume the two month exclusive to IFK started before the bundle launched is absurd. Biart7 is playing with the wording of the contract and trying to divert attention by bringing up other developers who haven't been paid.

And due to this Biart7 just lost one of there major distributors as well. Most people...Ignorant people...think GaTT was one person, Nate, no. Original-Gamer just hates nate therefore attack they whole company in a very unprofessional ways. GaTT is not dead or dieing, we are restructuring and with it IFK will be doing something very interesting this week.

If the contract stated that the bundle was going to run from a certain time (which it clearly stated late-April to mid-May) , and it didn't start until after that time(May 25th is in no way mid-May), then IFK was already in breach of the contract.

As far as I know, there is no set day for the word "mid" and it's open to interpretation.

Man, I can't really trust both sides right now. IndieFaceKick has had trouble paying both sides, whereas Biart7 was overreacting/being a child compared to the other devs. who were more patient with IndieFaceKick. Whether or not they payed the devs. is a different problem compared to Biart breaching a contract... but yeesh.

Oh wow. And here I was thinking that the lowest bundle organizers ever went was shamelessly going for money instead of the other regular goals, in addition to actually dropping a link in another bundle site's chatbox. Want to hear the funny thing, that was GATT too.
I don't have anything to back it up, and in hindsight I regret not taking a screenshot, but at one Groupees promotion (can't really remember which, sorry, but I can track it down) someone dropped a link (not sure if GamerX or not, but someone from GATT) for IFK 2. Then a Groupees mod (probably Johnny, again not sure) told him something like "do hang out man, but please do not advertise your own bundle on our site when we are running a promotion. Just not cool." The guy's answer was a simple "XD".
I'm fine with my keys being revoked, hell, maybe when I get another job I'll buy the game just out of spite to have it; it's not like I can run it on this PC anyway so I need a new one for it. I'm sure others will take this less than friendly though, which is sad.
Lowest of lows... and the sad thing is they got probably more sales than Bundle In A Box, which was fantastic in contrast. Fuck this.
