Quick question about region lock winners.

He wouldn't be able to join your giveaway if he isn't from the region you made the giveaway for. Maybe he was born in Spain or he just likes the country.

I'm not able to see your region locked giveaways. If you want to be sure just add the guy on Steam and ask him.

If I try to look at the GA, it says:
"This giveaway is restricted to the following region: South America (Argentina, Bahamas, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela)"

So, if someone from Spain really did win, then they were using proxy or something, which means it would not be your fault if they entered, you have done the proper thing.

Assuming it's the one I can see (Saviors, awaiting feedback) I don't see any problem with asking for a reroll. If he can't activate the key, he shouldn't have entered, though you can place your steam profile country to a different location than you are currently living.
