Get it ion your own region if it's on sale to reduce fees on currency conversions.

EDIT: Also 50% off through Origin which may be cheaper for some depending on their region/currency.

Doesn't seem a particularly great deal considering I saw the console version (which are generally more expensive) for 4,99€ or 5,99€ a couple months ago on PSN.
