If i buy Bit.Trip.Runner Franchise Pack can i get extra runner 1 gift in my inventory?

Yes you will, I just got it and got an extra copy even though Steam said I wouldnt.

So buying the Franchise pack is wisely, since there is only 0.66 USD price difference between BTR2 and Franchise Pack. I'd like to send first one to another friend.

I sent the first one to a friend as well. Also, just a tip.. The franchise pack is going for 2 TF2 keys on Steamtrades.
