When I check its the only thing that shows as "unactivated". if I had any game unactivated it should show aswell right? Or am I that dumb? xD

It's just a steam api fuckup, it's been quite common since last week. I don't know what is happening to valve servers but they are doing some strange things.
Long story short, Steam Api reports no owned games or a sublist of owned games during the api call, sgtools finds that there are some (or all) games that you won that are not in your account and flags you for not activating gifts.
I resetted your cache.

Couple weeks ago I've discovered sgtools and thought that the concept was neat. Today I tried to enter a giveaway and it said that I had unactivated wins on my account. I was surprised for a bit untill I figured out that it isn't counting some Payday 2 DLC that I've won but I own them all... Is there any way to fix this or am I doomed for life? D:
