Unrecognized group

Hello everyone and thank you in advance for the answers.
Steam gifts despite numerous synchronization does not take into account my new Steam group !
Would anyone have an idea to solve this problem ?

try installing a f2p game that you currently don't have a license for. Sometimes the sync won't fully trigger unless it detects a new game.

No it wasn't, sometimes redeeming a new game will make the scan work if it hasn't been working. I suggested using a f2p title in case you didn't have any keys to redeem.

lol, he just meant to say, it's new group isn't reconized by SG, he doesn't talk about a sync game problem :)
eidt: oh I see your suggestion is to redeem a game pr f2p for force scan:D sorry:)

same here
Group created December 30, I joined the group on the same day. 11 members, and i can't create giveaways on sg. Made sync many times 😥

понятия не имею, чем закончилось.
Только что проверил, раздачи создавать для этой группы (в ней всё так же 11 участников) я могу - видимо, добавляется со временем

I noticed that SG shows me as being part of 27 groups, when I'm actually only part of 18 groups in Steam.

I think the "sync" feature on SG doesn't really sync group information, for some reason.

Yes it is not at the top. Sreamgift always thinks I'm in groups when I'm not in these groups for a long time

It lists followed games as well, as well as groups that were disabled by administrators. You can try to point out the difference but it doesn't really matter IMO https://www.steamgifts.com/account/steam/groups
