If you didn't view the key, just write in the giveaway "I agree to reroll. Please reroll me as I already own the game" and the creator can make a ticket to re-roll you.

There's no rush. Don't fret. If weeks go by, you can make the Support Ticket yourself. But give the creator some time like 1-2 weeks.

Thats what I did. Ill just give it more time then. I'd just like to give someone else the chance to win the game so hopefully the creator will be on soonish

Sorry to ask a question that im sure has been answered on here before. A week ago I won a game on here, but the issue is I decided to buy the bundle it was a part of and was unable to sync right away so I now own the game I've won through the bundle. I left a message on the giveaway page explaining the situation and requested that a new winner be rolled. Unfortunately the giveaway creator has not responded or been back on here or steam. Do i just continue to wait or open a ticket to get it resolved? If anyone has dealt with this i would appreciate it. Also I have not marked the giveaway as received or viewed the key.
