I suck at grammar but at least is two words, "This was a real dream of mine" is redundant and "I couldn't get him off even if I tried to turn around and I felt a little bit of pain" is weird.

Once I had a dream about a pretty big dog who was hanging on my private part. I couldn't get him off even if I tried to turn around and I felt a little bit of pain, but atleast he wasn't holding his muzzle on my balls. This was a real dream of mine.
