Remove the link from the giveaway+ winner
its a forbidden rule calling out .
If he activated it and didnt use the feedback system you can after 7days make a support ticket ,to let the support change it for you .

The winner has 7 days to redeem and mark received. After that time if the winner viewed the key and it is still not marked as received make a ticket for Request Received Feedback.
