If the price difference is too big, you cannot buy the game.
Edit: If you want to be sure, limit the GA to Poland.
If you want to include as many users as possible, use a 3rd party key store (humblebundle,...) and check for region locks on their webpage.

I always limited my GA to Poland because of possible region blocks or problems with prices, but now I really want to make something for other users too!

Correct, but there are sometime region locks with bundles too. Depending on your financial situation you could also buy single games in 3rd party stores ;)
