"Time is wise" is such a stupid toxic thing to say relating to this. It's pretty natural for games to lower in price. You buy a game at a discount because you want to play it now, whether it's 55% off or in a bundle for $15. You just gotta click with your limit or what's comfortable.

The idea that you recommend to people to wait because the price will lower with time, is like, yes, it obviously will. This isn't an activision game, it's not square enix. Look at the microids portfolio, when has one of their developed games not gotten a sale? It's like predicting that the "next" borderlands game will have a higher and faster sale than the "next" call of duty.

Time is wise, you wait as long as you are willing to buy something for less, however, if this is what you crave right now, it would be a waste of your time to wait till you don't crave it, and get it then, when at that time, you might crave something else that's newer.
