View games per region - SteamDB?

Hey guys,

I remember how you could somehow view games which aren't avilable in your region in SteamDB. However, I cannot find that function anymore. Can somebody please help me? Come on, it's my birthday! ;D

also can't find anything :O

For example
https://steamdb.info/app/3800/ not available in Russia and Brazil but I see this info only on prices tab. Weird

Maybe "region locked apps" page on madjoki's site is about this?
but shows me error
https://steam.madjoki.com/apps/regional
