Simply refuse to buy the game for more than 0,12 $ since that's what it's worth now.
Actually if I feel extra generous I might pick it up for 0,33 $ once it ends up in the 1$ Tier of a Humble bundle.

And no, you can't buy it as inventory gift but you can buy as gift send directly through friend list.
