It kinda is, you can have pending order for 3 days, and then complete on demand. No idea how price check works on this though, since I haven't actually tried (since EU region isn't very useful for glitches and such)

I'm looking at the cost of living in Pakistan and a single potato is 16.4 Pakistani Rupees, which converts to about 15 and a half cents.
Now I'm hoping I did something wrong there because that would mean that it's cheaper than a single potato.

I just checked my own game and the price changes from $3 in the U.S. to $1.89 for SASIA/SAR. That would mean the developers intentionally overrode the regional prices to be that low.
Maybe they meant $12 and messed up?
