These are definitely not safe. They are not authorized sellers. Their keys might or might not work and games might be removed from your account if there's any suspicion regarding the transaction.

Congratulations! You will see a used (by the owner) key for Counter Strike!

You only will view used keys or shits, and every page you surf costs you one point, a guy i know tried it.
