They have partially returned the money from my order, and then I requested full refund. No problem, I only wanted Rage and Hunted x2 and do some trades or giveaways.
I hope they give the full New Year pack and not half of it, as they provided on mid january.

NOPE, you didn't get it. I said partial refund, not full refund and I haven't said I want keys, wantED previous to the purchase. Please read slowly and carefuly before posting. And on the part "I hope they give" wasn't to me as I've been refunded, was to everyone, so I can win or trade for those games.
When I purchased I only wanted for myself rage and hunted x2 (we attempted a trade yesterday). I also purchased THQ collections. They removed my bethesdas and THQ, later they put on my shelf half the bethesda pack, not all the listed on the image. Later they removed them again and partially refunded but got no key. Then I asked full refun.d and instead they put me back the THQ keys. Waiting for the real full refund

Actually I think most people did not bother with it because of how excruciatingly slow and unreliable the site was anyway. Most did not want to bother trying to enter the code and thus have to reload a page again.

Does anybody happen to know if the Fallout 3 GOTY is region free?
The New Vegas Ultimate key was region locked and wouldn't work in Russia so I'm trying to find out before giving it away.

I think you can make giveaways for region restricted games as long as you ask the support first for "special rules" (as in, only people from certain countries may join your giveaway), and once they give you the ok you have to make it a private giveaway (because only those are allowed to have any kind of special rules).
I'm not entirely sure on this though, and I'm too lazy to look it up. But I'm pretty sure it's something along those lines.

Are any other games in this region restricted? I think when I redeemed RAGE it said "RAGE (NA)"... I'm in the UK, but it worked fine. But I'm wondering for trading purposes.

As far as I know, only Fallout NV UE is restricted, but that is according to certain peeps. I'm trying to double check it myself, out of curiosity.
Every other key, according to their respective cdr's, are region-free despite these naming conventions such as Rage (NA).

The dude up there said that his Fallout NV UE key wouldn't activate in Russia. Based on that, I suspect that these are the restricted countries: RU AM AZ BY EE GE KZ KG LV LT MD TJ TM UZ UA PL CZ SK HU RO.
Edit: confirmed that the GG Fallout NV UE keys may have trouble being activated by residents of the above countries.

Central/Eastern Europe have separate version of NV(also Skyrim,Rage AFAIK) due to either of scumbagery of Bethesda or local distributors which resulted in inability(or in case of NV huge delay) to buy these games on most online shops (pretty much retail only). Activations from outside should be possible though.

Hello everyone,
We have good news! We have now received keys for the Bethesda bundle and have made them available to everyone that should have access to them. This marks the end of the Bethesda New Year Collection bundle issue.
So, if you’ve been waiting for serial keys you can now head on into your accounts and grab them!
Although we are embarrassed and disappointed in how long this issue has taken to be resolved, we are happy to see it come to a complete close and look forward to focusing on what we do best: bringing you great games at great prices.
