While I'm sure a lot of people are more focused on the X-mas sale, thought it'd do well to touch upon the Thanksgiving sale here since it's a little different, and oughta work well with a site like Steamgifts.
Thanksgiving sale more or less includes Black Friday and Cyber Monday, as well as turkey day itself and a few other days. The sale has a few unique things in that there are huge bundles of games for pretty big discounts. Last year for instance, you could get an 8 pack of Deus Ex for around 12 dollars, which you could then send out the extra copies. Obviously, this can mean for some pretty nice gifting on a site like this, and since it is not as well known a sale, thought I'd give everyone a reminder. They still have regular daily deals but to me the highlights were the megapacks. If gifting crazy amounts of games is not your style I'm sure the new Steam Inventory system will make trading others for the pack games will be easy as well.
