Every 10 levels, you supposedly get an increase chance for booster packs. I don't remember the % (maybe, .5% chance) but yeah, it's really not noticeable at all. Maybe at a super high level, like 100+, then it might be noticeable, but at lower levels, no.

20% each 10 levels, anyway if you consider that you have (something like) 1% chance to drop a foil +1*20% it's not really noticeable

I'm level 105 and have 885 games eligible for booster packs = a booster pack each 5 days. It's not actually worth it, but there is a significant increase if you level up.

I meant if you plan to make money or get a lot of badges ;) I'm also collecting badges and games, so the booster packs are a nice reward :)
