Why has my level not increased??

Hey,

Because the game you give was free and because of that he give you no cv.

When you create a giveawway, close to the name,
=> 2 stars = 0 values
=> 1 star = 15% values
=> nothing = 100% values

at some point in time the game was given away for free. so now this game wont increase your CV.
when creating a giveaway look if there are any * next to the name of the game.
** means its not going to increase your CV
