Workaround for the "exists" in your account bug

So while the Steam API will sometimes return that a game is in your account erroneously, such as Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter, a potential workaround is to have the system check if the same game is in your wishlist. The reason this would work is because you can't have a game you own in your wishlist. So a double-check for eligibility could fix some bugs.
