how i can know how much $ i should to give for new level?

for closed groups i get full bonus for giveaway if more 5 entries, right?

5 entries or more. If a giveaway has less than 5 entries, it doesn't count at all for your contributor value.

Region restricted giveaways give the same CV than regular giveaways

Where i can write about it? I give over 300 games and a little from them was restricted. But i can't test it.

It's the price of the game on the US Steam store.
You can use this site to check, you can search for any game and see its price in different countries.

Also, if a game is on this list, you only get 15% of the price for your level.
