Surgeon simulator got a free DLC :DD

Additional free DLC is always appreciated since this game is a bit short for it's asking price. The devs before has promised to add more content and here we got the first DLC :DD

I know I'm just waiting for Surgeon Simulator 2014! I heard they're adding a right hand to that one!

I thought it was always understood that Surgeon Simulator was an ongoing thing that would have more content added.
