If ETS2 Metallic Paint Jobs is what you are referring to, I won it on here in a public GA, and only afterwards learned that I could redeem a key because of my World of Trucks membership. Had I known earlier, I wouldn't even have bothered entering the giveaway in the first place, but rather activated my own key: at that stage, it made sense to give it back. Not that I would consider that as a "free game" proper, unless you're applying a very restrictive interpretation, because owning the base game was a requirement.
