Are you getting spam in steam chat?
Dunno whats up but lately , well every 2-3 days i have 1 random bot adds me and tries to send me link with viruses. Dunno why do they bother with me , its not like i have shit tons of worthy stuff in my inventory -.- Reason why am I accepting them was like 3 weeks ago i got random invite and i was wondering like hour or so should i accept or just block , than i was like meh will accept and than dude sent me gift "How to survive" that i won from some raffle or something like that xD

Just like you guessed, those are being sent from hijacked accounts. Other people who clicked on the dodgy link just to see what it was. Click it yourself and you can start sending those messages to your friends, too. As a bonus game, you get to deal with Steam support to get your account back. :)

Lately, pretty much since I've started using steamgifts, I've had quite a bit of "spam" through steam chat, well maybe only ten or so but I never used to get random chat requests before. One topic seem to be particularly popular and reads as follows
"[unassigned]: Lol dude is it your photo http://www.picturecalt.com/image/X21585 ?? HAHAH nice bro"
If you know what you're doing in regards to computers and want to follow the link exchange the X for the second prime number. Yes it's like a puzzle but instead of a chance of winning a game you get a chance of getting infected by malware, at least that's my guess.
