i guess it's key devs had to allow pople to test their game but it unlockes full version

It should be the full game. By visiting the store page you can see that you own it. I guess the "test" part is a left over from the beta which steam didn't remove, like zol suggested.

All Krater keys give "test" version. It's just the way it is.
