What happens if a person never..well..responds, they accepted the gift but never tick whatever box says they got it, is there any negative impact on me, will it eventually just close itself or am I down a giveaway slot forever until infinity?

Then you write a support ticket after 7 days and tell support that the winner didn't tick the box.

DO NOT write a support ticket yet if you are talking about Tiny and Big: Grandpa's Leftovers.
Winner has 7 days to mark as received, after that you can write a support ticket or add winner/comment/email politely reminding them to mark as received.

Thanks, so long as it doesn't have a negative impact on my ability to create giveaways I'm not sure I care enough to make a ticket about it after 7 days but I appreciate the responses :)
