Wtf how some people get key and other moment others cant, are they typing keys in manually?

tells me i'm out of keys. what vpn should i use?

I put this into a discord for others to see and it was removed because someone said that these keys were likely stolen and it would probably get your steam account locked. Anyone know how likely this is true?
Although more helpful I guess would be if someone had proof that this was legit, such as a link to a media site or twitter or something idk. I couldn't find it in my short search

Finally I've just got a key. They must be restocking every so often. However, in my case it's not the gold edition. Still, the most expensive DLC, Youngtimer, has been included.
