Steam Greenlight UPDATE- Rawbots is almost Greenlit!

Hey guys,

Two things, first off we're now ranked #33 on steam greenlight! Clearly what you guys are doing is working (a big thank you! from us), we're very close to being green-lit and getting you your steam keys. Secondly, we're full steam ahead focusing on multiplayer battles. If all goes according to plan, very soon, you will be able to battle side by side (or against) your friends in team battles. You get one robot you've built (or if you don't have one, we will provide you with some really cool ones to choose from) to take with you to the battle field.

We've had some internal talks and we feel that team play is going to be a lot of fun with friends around, battling and talking via their headsets. So in the spirit of robot guilds and clans, we are allowing you to invite a few close gamer friends (please limit to 3 friends) to fight on your team for $9.99, using the coupon code "PRIVATE_KEY". There are only a limited number of these discounted copies available, so please share this coupon with your friends only, because once these copies run out, the coupon will no longer work. Also, this coupon will only be valid for 72 hours.

Note: Battle arenas will require unique keys to work, that means one key for one player account. Multiple keys within the same account may not be shared.

After adding to cart and clicking "check out", they will see a "I have a coupon to use" link on the confirmation page. That is where your friend enters the code PRIVATE_KEY and the price will change to $9.99.

5/21/13 Update

I just received this email from the Rawbots team. They offered the game for free during the whole SimCity fiasco. If you got a copy then you should be able to get a Steam key from it if it gets Greenlit!
