Favorite game, Dirt 3 :) I don't know if it was my favorite this year, but I enjoyed it a lot. I just completed it a couple days ago and started playing multiplayer.

I also finished last tournament couple days ago. It's really good game to play for a couple hour, forget for 2 months and come back again.

I like racing games and I have a wheel and petals. It's the kind of game I can play every day and if I have the time I have no problem playing for like 5 or 6 hours at a time :)
The only problem is that I finished the campaign and I get bored playing single races with no objective. I like working through the campaign, I might start another. Multiplayer would keep it fun, but Dirt 3 multiplayer is almost dead so it can take a while to find a race. I've been changing my download region on Steam to switch Dirt servers and I have had luck on UK and Germany, almost never find a race on the US server. I wish dirt would let you select servers and tell you how many people are playing on each.

I am much more casual. It's relaxing to play from time to time. I still have those small sets of races to do and DIRT Showdown and GRID from free games giveaways.

It did look interesting (that's why I entered the GA^^), but I was surprised how much I actually loved the combat, story and the game as a whole.
Def. not a perfect game, but I appreciate well made games from small indie-teams (3people in this case) way more than "Blockbuster Tripple A game XY" done by a big company where I tend to be way harsher with minor annoyances.

My 2017 GOTY has been HITMAN, I spent close to 230h playing it and still have things to do and challenges to complete, perhaps for another 100h+. Never would I have imagined killing people is so much fun.
