I am seriously considering doing chargeback on both transactions. There is not even 1 AAA or wishlisted game in both purchases(Syberia is a let-down according to reviews so it doesn't count). This is a blatant scam to simply dish out keys for games nobody buys so they can get rid of them. Should I contact Fanatical support about this or it's pointless? Whatever is responsible for the randomness of the games distributed is faulty obviously.

Notice it does not say AAA -- it says A-grade. What is the definition of A-grade? Pretty much whatever Fanatical wants it to be.

Bottom line: sure, you could try contacting support, there's no real downside... but don't be surprised if they do absolutely nothing.
