Steam says I own the Ultimate Edition of Fallout New Vegas, but I don't have bought it?

Well, I recently (after the announcement of Fallout 4) started to play Fallout 3 again (have it as non-Steam GOTY Edition).
I also installed Falliut New Vegas, but never had any of the DLCs or the Ultimate Edition, but since it's summer sale, I've checked, how much the Ultimate Edition would cost at the moment.
Then I saw, that the shop says, that I already own it o.O
But I've never got it in any way, and also there are no DLC-files installed, like the DLCs of the Fallout 3 GOTY DLCs.
I just bought the retail Version of New Vegas when it came out and activated the key back then on Steam.

So, what should or can I do about that? Or has anyone else got this "bug"?

No, never recieved it as a gift and only activated the retail version of New Vegas

It just detects your library has the base game. You will need to buy DLC separately.

You can still buy it as a gift and then activate it to get all the DLCs for your game or maybe it'll simply create a 2nd entry for the game in your library. But in the end nothing stops you from buying it..

AFAIK, if steam detects he already owns the ultimate edition, it will not be able to activate a copy, either through a key or through a gift activation.

Most gotys are base game + dlc and steam display ownership for base game.

I checked after installation if there are any files of the DLCs installed like the .esm files of the DLCs from Fallout 3, where I have the GOTY edition.

Would be nice if this was true, but sadly there is no Ultimate Edition in my Library :( only the shop says that I own it, even when I never got it in any way
