Sorry, I can't give you specs because I really have no idea.

The only games it can run are The Binding of Isaac and Team Fortress 2, and even those lag pretty bad at the lowest settings.

It is completely incapable of running Borderlands.

It cost about $150-200.

I think I will end up doing that, as he's really interested in it and he's a great friend to me.

Also I don't know his specs.

Alright, you guys have convinced me. Even though I was probably going to do that anyway.

But I would like to warn him if it's likely to lag a lot.

Erm, won't that mostly work for me and not for him?
