Borderlands 2 GOTY Best Price (On Steam)?

If i'm not mistaken, the GOTY edition is enough to get 100% of the achievements. There are some DLCs not included:

• the one who lets you get to lvl 72 and that map (Digistruck?) and the OP levels ( 8 levels with harder difficulty. Fun in coop).
• The headhunters, wich are more like sidequests that ends with a final boss. Short but funny and themed (christmas, halloween, etc.)
• Skins. Never on sale, useless unless you really really want to look like that there is no point into waste money on this.

There are some dlc not available with the goty and some skins
Price wise if I'm not mistaken I've bought that at 7,8 or 8~ it was 82% discount on the winter sales

If you count steam glitches, it's been about 84% off before. I paid $6.39 USD on 6/20/2015

It however doesn't show data before Dec 2015, but it should be sufficient.

This is one of the games on Steam where it's better for me walk into a store and buy it. For me in Australia the Steam discount of 78% is almost pointless because I can purchase a retail hard copy (at standard store pricing without any discount) that will activate on Steam for almost the same price.
