[PSA] Civilization V Gold Edition Upgrade giveaway not working properly at the moment

Well I just learned that my Civilization V Gold Edition upgrade giveaway is a failure.

As of now users who already have Civilization V and don't have the Gold Edition reported to be unable to enter the giveaway.

Already reported to support. So just to let you know in case you are considering to create a GA for this upgrade pack.
