Ok, so I havent played much Counter-Strike Go since they added all these items and stuff, so I got some questions about how all this works.
When I played before I saw that some people got drops in game, but I never got any. But for some reason I bought the "Operation Breakout" thingy just to give it a try, and after that I have gotten a couple of items.

So, do I need to have the operation breakout pass to get drops, or can items drop for players that don't have it?
And I have seen some other passes aswell, like operation payback, so if I buy the other's aswell, will it drop different items for me, or dosent it matter?

Ok, so the basic game itself guarantees a max of 2 case and 2 weapons drop every week. The basic things you can drop are the various "collection weapons" (weapons of various collections related to maps) and cases (like huntsman, esport, weapon case, etc). All those things can be dropped without buying anything. If you buy the operation passes you get different drops in addition of the standard one (like operation breakout case and operation breakout weapons collections). To have weapons skins you can either drop them (the collection weapons), open the cases (buying a 2.45$ key per case) or buying them from the community market (best choice because of their low price compared to the price of a single key).

Me too, though actually playing some of the missions with the new pass. I still have no idea how the market supports thousands of case sales at 0.50-$5 each, when it takes another 2.50 just to buy the key to open it... but man does the steady pocket change for more games make me happy.

Owning previous operation badges will not still give you the old operation drops, they can be showcased in game, that's about it.
