Skullgirls "Exists in your account" When it doesn't... what can I do about it?

I must have synced my account when I had the skullgirls beta, but now I cant enter any giveaways for the game as it seems to think I have the main game on my account. Is there anyway I can get it removed from my steamgifts account?
