It was in an IndieGala bundle back in January 2015 (in other words, some +1 library keys may still be floating around), but it's been free in the store since April 2015.

There are just too many permanently free games on Steam to feasibly make a thread for each individual one. I've hundreds queued on my wishlist to play, and there are far more that I passed over or have already played. An organized thread to cover and lightly detail all of them would be useful, but in the meantime, threads like this- without any qualifying "you should really play this particular game" component- just feel spammy. At the least, may wanna drop the "[Free]" tag, since the community has certain expectations towards its use.
