'Banned' games on SteamGifts

Hi. First of all I tried to find answer via search feature but I didn't succeed. Also no GA this time, sorry ;P

But let's cut to the chase - I think I once saw a list of games that are 'banned' (or more likely not avalible for GAs) because they were given for free. You know, it's like bundled games list but with games that was avalible for free on various ocassions (for example on Indie Gala). Can some kind soul give me a link to this list? Thanks in advance

Let's hope that maybe one day list like that will appear. So far I will be happy with list that JasmineMcCoy provided :)
