Hi,I recently made this giveaway https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/gb1gh/cities-in-motion i sent the key to the winner but he said the key is not elegible,can somebody explain me why?? Ps he wrote it in comments

Then activate for yourself and request to cancel the GA
Of course i don't know if there is a ban for that. Probably you need to take permission of the winner for cancel it.
Also you can see if something wrong with the key
