If you're running Chrome, you can go to chrome://serviceworker-internals/ and manually start the Service Workers. The entry for Augmented Steam is chrome-extension://dnhpfglcanamecgpjpohjhhmaanmfnp/
Click Start, and it should work normally.
Sometimes, Service Workers go inactive due to lack of use or browser updates. If this keeps happening, try reinstalling the extension or checking for updates.

I have found a temporary solution to this bug.
According to an Augmented Steam developer, if you put an "a" after the / of the link, the colors blue (wanted) or green (got it) appear in other users' wishlists.
Without color markings

Steam's changes to the wishlist seem to have broken Augmented Steam's wishlist functionality. They're working on it.
(It broke SteamGifts briefly too.)

A month ago I could get it to work by checking the developer tab.
But now all the extensions say "service worker (Inactive)"
The problem is that I don't get the games on other users' wishlists marked with a color (green or blue)
