Percent Received by Users back to N/A?

So a few days ago I tried to make my first giveaway of Vessel. The time went out and I e-mailed the code to the winner and he replied, later I also got the 100% received by user and 15$ value. I did however refuse to add him on steam since I knew the only reason he added me was because I gave out a free game, which to me is not enough.

Today however the Percent went back to N/A and the value down to 0.00

What happened?

Why not add him on Steam and ask him?

Guessing games in the forums aren't going to be anywhere near as effective as simply speaking to the guy...

Perhaps there was a problem with the code. Perhaps he decided he didn't want the game after all, and is requesting a re-roll. Perhaps he has been abducted by aliens for "testing", and a three headed slime from the planet Zorg is trying to contact you via his Steam account to give you your game back, since he won't be able to play it now that his arms are no longer attached to his body.

JUST ASK HIM! NO AMOUNT OF FORUM GUESSING WILL RESOLVE THIS, SO STOP WASTING EVERYONE'S TIME AND SPEAK TO HIM FFS!!!

Yeah... I'm glad I only gave away a bundle game as a test so that I didn't actually burn myself. No more games from me if the system is this broken.

Your brain is apparently broken, not the system.

Are you even reading this? Some people [erroneously] instantly mark games as "received" when they win them, then if there is a problem they will amend this. Perhaps your key got revoked. Perhaps any of the suggestions in my above post are true.

Speak to him FFS. It's the only way you will get this resolved.

I'm not familiar with "twitch", but I am familiar with lobotomites who ask for help, then don't pay any attention when given advice which will resolve their problem.
