no, they are account bound as they are earned through achievements.

As far as I know. They (along with the 1st one) often went on sale on that price. I usually wait for games to get a sale on GMG for the extra $0.10 credit + stack it with other games until $10 to be eligible for further discount with their 20~25% voucher. I'm cheap, I know :p

Ah fuck it. Gamersgate won't let me buy this for some strange reason. It keeps showing order pending and when I click confirm order, it would take me to Paypal and then nothing. The payment still won't get through. Their loss, not mine.
