What I love the most about this whole situation is that nobody has problems with young girl torturing and killing people (and giving hints raiders not only killed her parents, but also raped her - the way she talks to her toys with sexual innuendos is something that can be notices with kids that were sexually abused). No, that all is fine.

But she said "evaaaa" then "ever" - she's a racist and must burn in hell.

That Burch gives a response worded like "oh we won't do it in borderlands 3 if it offends anyone" pissing me off.

People getting punished/accused for "minor" rascism is so fcking bullsht. If someone were to say "kill all black people" he should be hung, shot and hung again. But this rascism claims and accusations are so utterly retarded. People judge. Welcome to the world. Idealistic scumbags.

For what it's worth, the person who started this thing was Mike Sacco, a frequent contributor to WoW Insider.

MMO gamers see racial stereotypes played out in fantasy races all the time, so it can be expected of them to point out 'she sounds black' when WoW's dwarves are scottish, their trolls are jamaican, and their tauren are native american. Complete with all stereotypical words and accents.

Mike Sacco probably didn't mean to start a controversy, this kind of talk doesn't start anything in the WoW community.
