What are you using it for? At 1080p, a 1050 can handle pretty much anything you can throw at it. The 1050ti has a pretty marginal performance increase with a pretty hefty price tag.

Or if you don't mind buying used, I would personally get a 970 (you will need a slightly better PSU than the 450w one you mentioned though). You can get a used 970 on Ebay for the same price (or less if you spend a little time) than the 1050ti and it will give 30-50% higher fps.
